Working at the frontier of development challenges, we support organisations to build operational links, implement novel approaches and face new challenges. We place an emphasis on sustainability and building coordination, with a focus on health systems, migration and forced displacement, partnerships, peacebuilding (within IOD’s work on the triple-nexus), and, as part of a company-wide approach, gender and social inclusion.

We draw on extensive experience of working with bilateral and multilateral agencies and institutions, INGOs, and private sector and charitable organisations to deliver a range of services, including evaluations and assessments, MEL design and implementation, technical assistance, and research. Our work is cross-cutting, collaborative and at the forefront of supporting change within the aid system.
