The evaluation of the 2018-2021 Strategic Framework was conducted as part of UNV’s 2018-21 evaluation work plan. The evaluation provided accountability to both internal and external stakeholders related to the planning, implementation, and results of the framework, as well as a learning opportunity for the preparation of the next Strategic Framework 2022-2025.
This evaluation covered the full strategic period 2018 to 2021 and UNV’s strategies, work, and activities developed and implemented related to the Strategic Framework. Some of the objectives of the evaluation were to assess the relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of outcomes achieved or expected to be achieved by UNV during the period covered, facilitate learning from the UNV experience, and provide recommendations regarding the next Strategic Framework 2022-25.
