Independent Evaluation of the Implementation of the Development and Business Delivery Model of the AfDB

This report presents findings, conclusions, and recommendations from an evaluation of the Implementation of the Development and Business Delivery Model (DBDM) of the African Development Bank Group.

The purpose of the evaluation was to take stock of DBDM implementation and to draw lessons that will inform future decisions in the context of the replenishment processes for the African Development Fund (ADF) and the General Capital Increase (GCI). It also informed further implementation of the DBDM itself and any future reconsiderations or additional reform efforts.
