IOD was first established in 1998 and managed the Department for International Development’s (DFID) newly established Performance Assessment Resource Centre, which was tasked with providing support to DFID staff and partners on performance assessment and evaluation.
In 2007, these two strands merged, creating IOD PARC. Since then we’ve grown to be a globally recognised leader in supporting international development.
Now with over 25 years of experience, we bring a deep understanding of our clients and partners. We have been trusted by governments, multilateral organisations, and the third sector to understand the context they work in and the dynamics of the internal changes, challenges, and improvements which they navigate.
