I am IOD PARC’s IT Technical Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation’s networks and technologies. My experience in the IT industry stands at over fifteen years and I am a Microsoft certified IT Manager.
My main role within IOD PARC is to provide day to day IT support in combination with the implementation of various ongoing projects. My role also offers the opportunity to assist consultants with IT-related elements of consultancy projects, enabling IOD PARC as an organisation to add value to its consultancy projects. I gained the majority of my experience working for a variety of IT Support companies and have developed a broad range of skills and excellent insight into a multitude of different networks and technologies.
