I am a Senior Consultant at IOD PARC, where I co-lead the organisation’s initiative to advance and promote locally led development through our work. My consultancy work draws on a strong background in mixed-methods data collection and analysis, as well as project and stakeholder management. I have particular expertise in assessing contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals across diverse programmatic and organisational settings. My recent work has focused on humanitarian financing and partnerships, peacebuilding and diplomacy, urban development, and local economic development.
I hold an MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh, where my graduate research in partnership with IOD PARC explored the localisation of humanitarian aid with a special focus on the international response in Ukraine following the Russian invasion in 2022. Prior to joining IOD PARC, I worked in Global External Relations for Boston Consulting Group, where I supported the firm’s involvement in forums dedicated to public-private cooperation, including the World Economic Forum and COP, the UN Climate Change Conference.
