I joined IOD PARC in 2020 and work as a consultant and evaluation and monitoring professional. My areas of interest include gender-transformative and feminist and intersectional evaluation approaches, gender equality and social inclusion. My expertise stems from working with survivors of gender-based violence and asylum seekers, conducting research, and data analysis on sexual and domestic violence.

I bring knowledge and expertise in social issues, particularly violence against women, gender issues, human rights, child rights, and migration, to contribute towards impactful outcomes for international and multilateral organisations. I consistently strive for excellence in evaluation processes by managing quality assurance services for UN agencies like UNHCR and UNICEF, ensuring consistency and high standards.

From within the Supporting Performance Evidence and Quality Portfolio, I provide support to evaluation teams throughout the project cycle, including project management, data collection and analysis, and reporting as well as quality assurance. I am skilled in research, participatory approaches, mixed-methods and data analysis. Some of my recent clients include UNICEF, UNHCR, UNWRA, the IPCC, UNDSS, OECD, MOPAN, and ILO.

As a project manager, I provide quality assurance services for UNICEF Eastern Europe and Central Asia Regional Office, UNICEF India country office, UNHCR Evaluation office, and the European Commission DG DEVCO. I hold a MA in International Development from the Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po) Toulouse.
