I am an experienced evaluator, consultant, and project manager in international development, and lead IOD PARC’s US workstream. In my role I have undertaken a number of complex strategic, thematic, and programmatic evaluations, performance assessments, analytical studies and reviews. I particularly enjoy ‘wicked problem’ evaluations which have a strategic focus requiring detailed analytical thinking and complex stakeholder management, and which look at an organisation holistically with a view to promoting meaningful system-level change. My areas of thematic specialisation include global health, forced displacement, peacebuilding, and UN development system reform.

I have worked with a wide variety of international organisations, including the OECD, WHO, WFP, FAO, UNOPS, UNRWA, Inter-American Development Bank, Caribbean Development Bank, New Development Bank, GIZ, The Global Fund, and GAVI. I have country level experience in Jamaica, Bhutan, Nepal, and Ethiopia, as well as having conducted virtual data collection exercises in the LAC, Asia, Africa, and MENA regions. These experiences across a broad range of organisational and cultural contexts allow me to bring a strong comparative lens to my analysis of international organisations. I hold a MSc in International Development and I am a certified PRINCE 2 Project Manager.
