I joined IOD PARC in May 2023 as a Business Development Officer. I hold an MA in History from Northumbria University and maintain a keen interest in environmental issues; I have practical experience in agriculture as a farmer managing livestock and crops, and while completing my masters, I explored the forestry policy of India and the West Indies over the course of the nineteenth century.
In my role on the Business Development team, I draw on previous experience as a Parish Council Clerk, in which I completed various bids for government grants, oversaw council accounts, managed audits, and all correspondence. As a BDO I support bids, write proposals, and manage project data. At IOD PARC I am further developing key technical skills associated with international development through a broad exposure to UN entities, bilateral donors, and INGOs.
