As a Business Development Officer, I am responsible for managing bid preparations, coordinating team collaboration, identifying and engaging with new associate consultants from around the world, overseeing the administration of sensitive or confidential information, and supporting the development of technical and financial proposals for a diverse client base, including NGOs and UN agencies. I work closely with our consulting teams to navigate client requirements and ensure a seamless bidding process, liaise with partner firms to foster strategic alliances, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our business development strategies.
Before joining IOD PARC, I served as a Parish Council Clerk, responsible for preparing and submitting government grant applications, overseeing council accounts, managing audits, and handling all official correspondence. In addition, I gained hands-on business experience by supporting the management of my family’s farm. I hold an MA in History from Northumbria University, where my research focused on nineteenth-century forestry policy in India and the West Indies.
