I am IOD PARC’s HR Lead, with experience in Organisational Development, qualified at CIPD Level7. Whilst a HR generalist, I specialise in Employee Relations & Wellbeing, Employment Law, Learning & Development, and Reward Management. My HR philosophy is to cultivate and uphold an inclusive & diverse employer brand, adopt strong coaching and leadership styles, maintain an employee-centric approach with healthy employee wellbeing practices, enabling job satisfaction and high performance.
I am responsible for the leadership and functionality of HR across the global organisation with support from the Managing Director. My role includes HR & payroll management, improving international experience, managing expectations, implementing new employee initiatives and various projects as they evolve with the organisation.
I’ve worked in various industries alongside CEOs, Directors and SLTs, balancing ever-changing employment laws with best business practices and employee expectations, to provide a continuous stable working environment. I also have 20+ years in netball performance coaching.
