I am IOD PARC’s Project Budget and Contract Officer (PBCO), supporting the reconciliation of the organization’s financial strategies and budget implemented across a broad portfolio of projects since December 2022.
For over 18 years I worked with various multifaceted international consumer brands; amassing business and professional expertise and competencies in finance management, people and resource management, planning and execution, sales and marketing, and service and support. My previous experience has cultivated my operational, administrative, and financial skills necessary for my role as PBCO.
The core of my work is on efficient and effective monitoring, reporting, processing, and reviewing of all project expenditure, ensuring optimum budget utilization and ensuring it delivers our client’s, partner’s, associate’s and organization’s core objectives, in liaison with project and finance leads. I serve as the focal person for sub-contractual matters, as well as assist the Business Support Team in recommendation, implementation, and review of the organization’s innovative approach to technologies, tools, and methodologies for organizational growth.
