Sushmita's work is the connective tissue between finance and delivery – preparing invoices and following up with clients and team leads to keep financial flows timely, supporting sub-contract preparation, and helping colleagues with day-to-day helpdesk needs.

Sushmita holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Federation University, Australia, where professional finance and administrative experience was also gained, complemented by graduate study in sociology in Nepal.
