Edinburgh, UKSadie is an evaluator with over 20 years of practice, working with multilateral, bilateral, large international NGOs and civil society organisations to support meaningful change through the design of monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks, organisational reviews, quality assessments and evaluations.
Her approach is strongly participatory and collaborative, with a firm commitment to gender equality and social inclusion – paying close attention to power, and to whose voices are heard and whose are missed. Alongside strategic and policy evaluations and learning partnerships, Sadie designs capacity building and training in M&E and provides real-time quality assurance and technical support to evaluation teams. Her clients have included FCDO, UNICEF, WFP, UNRWA, DFA Ireland, DFAT Australia, Danida, SDC, Sida, WFP, Concern Worldwide and Christian Aid.
Sadie holds a bachelors in Social Anthropology and Sociology and a Masters in Development Studies.
