Naomi Blight

Naomi is an experienced team leader with strong expertise in health – health systems strengthening, strategy, HIV/AIDS, GBV and SRHR – gender and partnerships, leading multi-country and global evaluations for bilateral, multilateral and non-governmental clients ranging from the FCDO and the Global Fund to WHO, UNRWA and Save the Children. Geographic expertise spans Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Much of Naomi's work sits at the meeting point of development and humanitarian practice – a connection explored in Masters research on gender and conflict – supporting organisations to learn as well as account, whether leading evaluations, quality-assuring evaluation products or strengthening M&E functions. Naomi is experienced in engaging diverse stakeholders, including vulnerable groups, in multicultural and complex contexts.
