Matthew is an evaluator and organisation development consultant, equipping individuals, teams and organisations with rigorously derived evidence and technically sound guidance to inform strategic and operational decision making, across the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. All his work is utility-focused.

Matthew's practice sits at the intersection of evidence and change: evaluations of every type – summative and formative, project to policy, process to impact – paired with organisation development interventions that build organisations' own capacity to change and improve. Assignments have ranged from strengthening results systems in UN agencies to organisational performance assessments of international organisations, delivered through creative, engaging approaches that get the best from organisations and their people.

Matthew holds a Masters in Organisation Development & Consultancy and is an accredited Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) and CMI Chartered Manager Fellow (CMgr FCMI), with further qualifications spanning employment law, group analysis, coaching and training design.
