Karolina Mclellan

Karolina is an evaluation, research, quality assurance and learning consultant and project manager who helps organisations strengthen evidence and insights to make better decisions. She supports governments, UN agencies and international organisations to design, manage and improve evaluations and research, combining big picture thinking with practical delivery. She is known for her collaborative and approachable style, and enjoys building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. She believes that the best solutions come from listening carefully, working in partnership and creating space for learning throughout the process.

At IOD PARC, Karolina leads the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Services Workstream, and is responsible for shaping the workstream's strategic direction. Outside of her technical work, Karolina has a strong interest in global affairs, diplomacy and the ways in which international cooperation can help address complex social and political challenges.

Karolina holds a BA in International Relations and an MA in Global Politics and Law from the University of Sheffield.
