Jonny manages bid preparations, identifies and engages new associate consultants from around the world, oversees the administration of sensitive information, and supports the development of technical and financial proposals for a diverse client base including NGOs and UN agencies.

His work brings together careful process and relationship-building, coordinating consulting teams, associates and partner firms so that demanding, multi-faceted bids come together smoothly, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of IOD PARC's business development practice.

Before joining IOD PARC, Jonny served as a Parish Council Clerk – preparing government grant applications, overseeing council accounts and managing audits – and gained hands-on business experience supporting the management of a family farm. Jonny holds an MA with Distinction in History from Northumbria University, with research on nineteenth-century forestry policy in India and the West Indies.
