Hatty is a Finance Director, qualified accountant and senior consultant, providing financial leadership and business management for IOD PARC's broad portfolio of projects, and leading the finance team across the UK and Nepal, with a focus on financial oversight and leadership development. Hatty reports directly to the Managing Director and the board.

Hatty's work sits at the intersection of financial discipline and development practice – informed by fieldwork with INGOs in Africa, international business management, and consultancy on high-level evaluations of national, international and multilateral institutions. That blend means financial oversight shaped by an understanding of how development work actually happens on the ground.
