Fabiola is a Senior Consultant who designs and delivers evaluations across humanitarian assistance, international development and education. She works with governments, UN agencies, international NGOs and foundations, leading mixed-method and theory-based evaluations, learning partnerships and MEL assignments across multiple countries.
Her work focuses on helping organisations understand what works, why it works and how programmes can achieve greater impact. She is motivated by work that contributes to more inclusive, equitable and peaceful societies. She has particular experience in migration and forced displacement, climate, education, gender and partnerships, combining an economist's analytical approach with practical insight gained from working inside Mexican diplomatic missions in the United States.
Fabiola joined IOD PARC as an intern researching migration in Latin America and the Caribbean and has since grown into a Senior Consultant. She is a Chevening Scholar and holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
