Profile

Erica helps organisations engage with information for effective decision making, learning and improved performance, specialising in the place where social science, organisational behaviour and technology intersect.

An experienced facilitator of large-scale, complex participatory events, Erica roots her work in establishing and nurturing quality connections between people, blending participatory and qualitative methodologies with quantitative analysis. Team leadership has spanned projects for UNICEF, UNRWA, the British Council and WaterAid across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Erica is a trained Action Learning facilitator and certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Erica's first intellectual love is sociology – the foundation of a BA (Hons) in Social and Political Studies from the University of Sheffield and an Ashridge Masters in Organisational Consulting, built on earlier career experience in consulting, marketing, PR and teaching.
