Diksha Mahara

Biratnagar, Nepal

Diksha is a consultant in IOD PARC's Nepal and South Asia Portfolio, working across qualitative and quantitative evaluation of multi-dimensional issues including climate change, migration, emergency and DRR resilience building, and market development.

Much of Diksha's work joins econometric rigour with grounded regional knowledge – bringing complex datasets and careful analysis to bear on questions that matter locally, on assignments for clients including the FCDO, OECD, UNICEF, WFP and ICIMOD.

Trained as an economist, Diksha holds a Masters in Economic Policy from Central European University, Hungary, and has built her Value for Money expertise through hands-on evaluation work across the health, education, climate change and social sectors.
