Diane leads HR across the global organisation, qualified at CIPD Level 7 with a background in organisational development. Specialisms span employee relations and wellbeing, employment law, learning and development, and reward management.

Diane's approach sits at the intersection of people and performance – the conviction that an inclusive, diverse employer brand, strong coaching and real attention to wellbeing are what make high performance sustainable. The role spans HR and payroll management, the international employee experience, and new initiatives as the organisation evolves.

Diane has worked across a range of industries alongside CEOs, directors and senior leadership teams, balancing ever-changing employment law with best business practice.  Outside work brings two decades of experience in netball performance coaching.
