Andrea Steigerwald

Andrea is a Senior Consultant with a background in social science research and monitoring, evaluation and learning. Andrea has contributed to evaluations for bilateral, multilateral, foundation and I/NGO clients such as the FCDO, the British Council, UNOPS, VNG International, The Metropolitan Arts Centre in Belfast, and the Mastercard Foundation.

Much of Andrea's work sits where evidence and insight meet learning - with participatory, co-created approaches that treat stakeholders as partners rather than data sources. Andrea supports IOD PARC’s work on evidence and learning partnerships, drawing on organisational development tools and approaches, such as Stories of Change and reflective practice.

Before joining IOD PARC, Andrea completed an MA in cultural anthropology and worked as an internal, external and independent evaluator across government and consulting settings. Living in six countries and speaking three languages has left Andrea with strong intercultural communication skills.
