Aditya keeps IOD PARC's projects financially healthy – managing invoicing, payment tracking and cash flow oversight, and administering associate subcontracts with an eye for compliance and efficiency. A background in development banking underpins a careful, systematic approach to financial operations in complex organisational environments.

Much of Aditya's work sits at the intersection of sound financial control and smooth project delivery: building the reliable administrative foundations that let consulting teams and partners focus on the substance of their assignments.

Before joining IOD PARC, Aditya worked at a national-level development bank in Nepal, and volunteered with the Aloha Medical Mission, supporting healthcare outreach in Nepali villages.
