VACANCY: Principal Consultant & Team Leader MEL Unit, Nepal

IOD PARC is seeking to recruit a Team Leader for the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Unit (MEL Unit) for the DFID Nepal resilience portfolio. With a workplan through to December 2022, the MEL Unit supports DFID Nepal to manage the performance of its portfolio on Climate Smart Development (CSD) and Disaster Resilience (DR). It generates and communicates evidence on how to build resilience to climate change and disasters in Nepal, especially for the most vulnerable and excluded.

We are looking for an experienced, senior professional to take forward the successful delivery of project implementation as Team Leader of the IOD PARC-led consortium. The team leader should demonstrate skills and experience of managing programmes of a similar size and complexity. We expect the Team Leader to demonstrate expertise in leadership and programme management. Familiarity with climate smart development, disaster resilience, evaluation methods and learning is desirable.
