I joined IOD PARC in July 2020 and sit within the Systems and Complex Evaluation portfolio. I am a multidisciplinary consultant specializing in gender, peace and security issues, with evaluation, research and programming experience in Central Asia. I have worked with range of organizations – OSCE, UNFPA, Counterpart International, ICAN, International Alert on various sectoral issues, prevention and response to sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), other forms of conflict-related violence (including violent extremism), reproductive health and rights, gender and peacebuilding, gender and security, youth and civic activism.
I have professional experience in training and capacity building, quantitative and qualitative field research and evaluations, managing and training field research teams, documenting and reporting, interviewing, and data and situational analysis, gender analysis. These research and evaluations have primarily been on gender, sexual- and gender-based violence, and human rights, topics which require strict research ethics.
I am fluent in Shughni (Indigenous language spoken in Southern Tajikistan), Tajik, Russian, English and Farsi.
