I am a monitoring, evaluation, and research practitioner with over five years of experience. My forte lies in qualitative research methods with knowledge, experience and expertise in subjects related to gender-based violence, displacement, land rights, livelihoods, agriculture, women’s empowerment, and resilience.

I joined IOD PARC in February 2021 as a Programme Officer for the FCDO Resilience and Inclusion Portfolio’s RMEL Unit. Within the portfolio, I contributed to COVID-19 inclusion monitoring, voucher assistance monitoring, cash transfers, and the development of a resilience indicator framework. Outside the portfolio, I have worked on a partnership evaluation of UNICEF and the Nepal Red Cross Society’s COVID-19 preparedness and response and a strategic plan and three-year report for the United Nations Technology Bank.

Before joining IOD PARC, I worked as a monitoring, evaluation and learning professional and researcher with international non-governmental organisations (INGOs), NGOs, and UN agencies on issues such as displacement, landlessness, agriculture and gender-based violence. I hold a master’s degree in development studies from Kathmandu University.
