I joined IOD PARC in 2017 as the Finance and Administrative Officer for the Nepal office. In my role, I use strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation policies, income tax procedures and marketing management.
My primary work with IOD PARC involves keeping accurate records, ensuring on-time deposits and invoice claims, expense-reconciliation and ensuring regular tax compliance. I also provide logistical support to the office and the external teams that visit frequently. I joined IOD PARC after completing a Masters’ in Business Management & Marketing. Prior to my position here, I gained a year’s worth of experience in administration and customer services. My time with IOD PARC has motivated me to enhance my knowledge of the development sector and therefore, I am currently pursuing a part-time Masters’ in Rural Development.
