I am IOD PARC’s Operations Officer, managing the Edinburgh office using administrative and analytic skills from 18 years’ experience in supporting consultancy assignments. I have expertise in supporting large-scale, long-term evaluations through the organisation and management of project components and the production of high quality outputs within specified timescales and budgets. At IOD PARC, I have provided administration support to the Evaluation, Quality Assurance and Learning Service (EQUALS) for DFID, the review of the decentralised evaluation function of the World Food Programme and for the long-running Multilateral Organisation Performance Assessment Network assessments.
My position at IOD PARC involves business management aimed at delivering positive impacts in areas including operations, communications, business promotion and financial management. My further responsibilities involve the management, analysis and presentation of data on consultancy projects. I am accustomed to working effectively with clients, associates and stakeholders across a range of organisations and sectors. My work with IOD PARC began in 2011 when I joined from a large multidisciplinary consultancy firm where I provided administrative support to project teams and senior management. Therefore, I have a range of experiences as an administrator supporting various consultancy assignments.
