I joined IOD PARC in April 2020 and sit within the Supporting Points of Change in the Aid System portfolio team. I am a multidisciplinary consultant specialising in migration and international protection. I am trained in the core pillars of migration policy: labour migration, irregular migration, migration management, international protection and migration and development. My primary focus lies in forced displacement and international protection and I am particularly interested in its intersection with gender, economic development and integration. I have a regional focus on the European Union and the MENA region. My recent clients include the Danish Red Cross, the OECD, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
My primary expertise is conducting complex research and I have background qualitative research methods. I also bring a diverse management consulting experience across policy analysis, strategy, service design and digital transformation. Before joining IOD PARC I was a consultant for the UK government and was a Migration Governance Trainee with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development. I hold an MSc with Distinction in International and European Politics from The University of Edinburgh, UK.
