I am a proactive, dynamic and versatile individual, passionate about international development, and I have international professional experience in project management gained through working in marketing and event management.
I recently completed an MSc in Management and Implementation of Development Projects from the University of Manchester.
I have fieldwork data collection experience in rural development at the Cyprus Environmental Studies Centre, and I have carried out research designing a framework for improving risk management practices in medium-size NGOs working on social development projects.
I am multilingual, and have been teaching languages since 2011. I have two degrees in languages including an MA in Languages for International Cooperation. I am fluent in Italian, English and Russian and have conversational knowledge of French, German and Spanish.
I joined IOD PARC in December 2019 as a Project Assistant. As part of the Systems and Complex Evaluation Portfolio team I provide support in the areas of project management and administration to improve organisation’s relevance, quality and efficiency.
I am currently the project manager for the Quality Support Advisory Service for Decentralized Evaluations (DE QS), a service delivered to WFP to support the application of sound evaluation approaches, and contribute to building evaluation capacity of Evaluation Managers within WFP.
