I am HR Advisor for IOD PARC with full generalist experience in areas such as HR administration; talent management and development; change management; employee relations and engagement.
I work with and provide support to the company structures to maintain and administer the HR function in a dynamic, international SME. I liaise with the internal lead on IOD PARC’s approach to the Personal and Professional Development of all staff and provide support to the General Manager to ensure effective roll out and sustainability of the strategic approach. In addition, I liaise with the internal lead on Communications and Engagement as collaborative working across the company is strengthened.
I hold an MSc in Human Resource Management from the Sheffield Hallam University and have gained Chartered CIPD status.
I joined IOD PARC in 2021 following previously working in manufacturing roles, including several international organisations and am level 7 CIPD qualified.
