I am IOD PARC’s HR Advisor, providing support, advice and guidance to our company structures in a dynamic, international SME. I have over 15 years’ generalist HR experience and I am level 7 CIPD qualified holding chartered status.
I provide specialist HR support, advice and guidance in areas such as wellbeing, pay & reward, talent management and development, change management, policy development, and employee relations and engagement. Personal and professional development is a key strategic focus at IOD PARC, and I work closely with all staff and line managers to personalise their development and promote our values.
I hold an MSc in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University and I am a Mental Health First Aider which helps me to provide effective wellbeing support to our employees.
