I joined IOD PARC as a Data and Evidence Analyst in the Nepal and South Asia (NASA) team in November 2020. I have been involved in a number of evaluations and research projects, particularly in quantitative data analysis and visualisation. I have more than 20 years of work experience in leading monitoring, evaluation and research teams and have 10 years of work experience in Management Information Systems. I have experience using various software packages in database management, statistics, GIS, desktop publishing, and graphic design.
Before IOD PARC, I worked for an INGO, managing and conducting more than 100 project evaluations in multiple sectors, including health, nutrition, WASH, livelihood, child protection, resilience, education, gender and social inclusion and microfinance. I was also involved in designing a number of multi-sectoral projects funded by multilateral, bilateral and private agencies. I also designed programme and project management (planning and monitoring) software as a Programme and Project Business Lead. I also worked in a bilateral organisation copy editing and designing research publications.
