As Project Manager, I draw on significant experience in managing change and implementing complex medium-sized projects in large business environments. My key strengths are in project management, process improvement, organisational compliance and risk management. I am currently the Project Manager for the Evaluation Quality Assurance and Learning Services (EQUALS) project, a flagship quality assurance programme provided to DFID.
At IOD PARC, as part of the Supporting Performance Evidence and Quality Portfolio team I provide support in the areas of project management and administration to improve organisation’s relevance, quality and efficiency. I hold a BA in International Relations as well as an MA in Global Politics and Law from the University of Sheffield. Having done my MA research on the implementation of women’s human rights in international law, I also have a keen interest in the subject of women’s human rights and gender equality.
