I joined IOD PARC in 2020 as a Senior Consultant in the Migration Workstream. My primary expertise is in migration, forced displacement, the triple nexus, and working across boundaries in fragile and conflict affected settings. I also have a strong interest in gender and social inclusion and emerging approaches such as localisation within evaluation. I am passionate about integrating a participatory and transformative lens to my work. I enjoy working on complex evaluations and studies including multi-country evaluations, strategic evaluations, and developmental evaluations. My work focuses strongly on MENA and Europe, and I also have experience across Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Caribbean. My recent clients include GIZ, UNHCR, WFP, UNRWA, UNICEF, IOM, Caribbean Development Bank, the British Council, and the Danish Red Cross.
Before joining IOD PARC I was a public sector management consultant, bringing a background in organisational analysis, service design, strategy, and digital transformation. I was a Migration Governance Trainee with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development where I received training on mixed migration and migration management in the Euro-Mediterranean region. I hold a BA Hons from the University of Oxford and an MSc in International and European Politics from The University of Edinburgh.
