I am an experienced organisation development consultant, drawing on a decade of work across a variety of sectors in Africa, Asia and Europe. Combining this richness of experience with a participative process-based approach, my practice is focused on equipping individuals, teams and organisations with the skills, tools and approaches to improve institutional and organisational performance.

Bringing comprehensive knowledge and expertise in strategy development, transition management and performance assessment, my work has recently included institutional and organisational performance assessments with the African Development Bank; large scale change management and workforce planning in DFID country offices; the harmonisation of UK government departments  represented overseas; and impact evaluations and reviews with a number of UN bodies.
