I am a multi-lingual evaluation specialist with a solid knowledge of project cycle management; results based management concepts and tools, and international cooperation policy. My background is in forestry and natural resources, and I have worked for over 10 years in the field of development assistance in Latin America and Africa with bilateral and multi-lateral agencies, non-governmental organisations and the private sector.

Some of my key areas of expertise include project monitoring and evaluation tools, the Most Significant Change evaluation methodology, stakeholder analysis and participatory consultation.

My recent work with IOD PARC has involved a broad range of evaluations and M&E assignments for clients such as the African Development Bank (AfDB), the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID), CARE International UK, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and The World Alliance for Citizenship Participation (CIVICUS).
