Staff Profile
Jane Linklater //
Principal Consultant
I am an organisation development practitioner with over 20 years consulting experience, working in international development and across public and private sectors in the UK and Europe. My background is in family systems therapy and along with an MSc in Organisation Development I have a deep grounding in psychodynamic approaches to organisation consulting, coaching and facilitation. I am a qualified social worker and have trained in group relations at the Tavistock institute.
My work in development includes long term coaching and transition management assistance with a wide range of DFID country office Teams, Headquarter departments and individual senior civil servants. Other work includes: the facilitation of a large scale change intervention for Allied Irish Bank, creating culture change through coaching and 360 degree feedback; in the London Borough of Haringey, executive team coaching with Deputy Directors of all children’s services and integrating the Public Health function into the local authority; and working with Nokia's sustainability team and one of their key international partner to rebuild and renew critical relationships.
I also provide individual and group supervision, working with consultants to help them make sense of the complex issues their work throws up. The powerful advantage of this is that consultants learn, in a ‘safe’ space, more about their personal influence on the dynamics of the groups with whom they work.
