We conducted an assessment of Pan African policy and aid issues, actors, trends and mechanisms with respect to girls’ and boys’ rights to education, protection, health and sexual health, livelihoods and participation. Through desk-based research and interviews with internal and external stakeholders, we produced a report with recommendations which will be used by Plan staff from Regional and Country Offices in Africa as a basis for developing new Plan Pan-African advocacy and program strategies.
