Research: The Role of Organisational Context in the Monitoring and Evaluation Practices of Sport and Development Organisations

2nd June 2016

Sam Orwig, a social researcher currently working with IOD PARC as a part of the University of Edinburgh's Work-Based Dissertation Scheme, is assembling and cataloguing the monitoring and evaluation methodologies of organisations engaged in the sport and development sector.  Through consultation with a wide variety of organisations, the research aims to draw correlations between organisational context and praxis, as well as to encourage a process of shared learning about 'good practice' based on the testimonials of participating organisations. The findings will be presented in July 2016. For more details, please contact
